Yes! While our serving size is 1 capsule, you’ll notice on the directions we say you can take 1-2. Start with one, and if you want a double dose, another is just fine! This is especially helpful for people transitioning from other supplements that may have had very high MG amounts. If you notice any discomfort just bring it back down to 1 if you need.
