How to Use TincturesUpdated 6 months ago

So Simple:

  • Two dropperfuls in a glass of juice. Done!

  • Two dropperfuls in your favorite smoothie. Perfect!

  • Two dropperfuls in your water. Easy!

  • Two dropperfuls straight into your mouth. Watch out! Brave souls only.

More Effort:

Tinctures can be added into food and warm (not hot) drinks. We have created multiple recipes for beverages and foods that customers will be able to try, but here are some basic rules when adding tinctures:

  • Tinctures should not be exposed to high heat. So that means no adding to boiling water or baking in the oven. Why? Because the heat can damage the properties of the tincture, giving your body less of the herb’s potent characteristics. However, they can be added to warm foods and beverages, like into a tea cooled to drinking temperature.

  • Keep in mind that our serving size for our tinctures is two dropperfuls. So when creating your own recipes, remember to increase the amount added into the recipe if it is larger.
