How the Plant Therapy Rewards Program Works
Our Rewards Program is a free way to earn points and save on future purchases.
Please note: Wholesale and Professional accounts are excluded from the Rewards Program.
Here’s how it works:
1. Earn Points
You earn points through purchases and select activities on our website.
2. Rewards Status Tiers
Oily Friend (1–999 points)
As an Oily Friend, you have access to all standard ways to earn points:
- 1 point per dollar spent
- 10 points for reading our content (eligible once every two weeks)
- 15 points for leaving a review (eligible once per week)
Points expire after 12 months of inactivity.
Oily Bestie (1,000+ points)
As an Oily Bestie, you have access to all Oily Friend earning methods plus additional perks:
- 1.5 points per dollar spent
- 15 points for reading our content (eligible once every two weeks)
- 22 points for leaving a review (eligible once per week)
- 15-point anniversary bonus
- Early access to product launches
- Customers must earn 1,000 points within a 12-month period to reach Oily Bestie to maintain
Points expire after 12 months of inactivity.
3. Redeem Rewards
Once you’ve earned enough points, you can redeem them for:
- Dollar-off rewards toward future purchases
Rewards can be applied at checkout while logged into your account.
4. Track Your Rewards
- View your points balance, rewards status, and available rewards anytime by logging into your Plant Therapy account.
5. Important Notes
- Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
- Rewards must be redeemed before checkout and are not retroactive.
- Some rewards may not be combinable with other promotions
