Plant Therapy Bulk Ingredient and Finished Product Sample Policy

Plant Therapy is pleased to provide samples to current and prospective business customers, including wholesale, private label, and bulk ingredient partners, to help evaluate products before placing a commercial order. This policy does not apply to retail customer purchases.
Complimentary Samples

• Each customer is eligible for one complimentary sample per product, up to 5 total samples.
• Bulk ingredient samples will be provided in the smallest retail size available for that product.
• Finished product samples will be provided in the smallest standard retail size available.
• Complimentary samples are shipped at no cost to the customer.

Additional Samples

• Additional samples of the same product may be purchased at the customer's current pricing.
• Shipping charges will apply to purchased samples.
• Customers may also arrange to pick up samples at Plant Therapy's warehouse location at no additional charge.

Fulfillment

• In-stock sample requests are typically shipped within 3-5 business days of receiving the request.
• Fulfillment time may vary based on inventory availability, product type, or special handling requirements.
• Plant Therapy reserves the right to delay fulfillment of sample requests until any overdue account balances have been resolved.

Additional Information

• Sample appearance, packaging, labeling, or components may differ slightly from the final production order unless otherwise agreed upon.
• Submitting a sample request does not reserve inventory or guarantee future product availability or pricing.
• Samples are provided for evaluation purposes only and are not intended for resale unless specifically approved by Plant Therapy.
• Plant Therapy reserves the right to limit complimentary samples.
