Why is my order status showing as "delivered"?Updated a year ago

We want to ensure that you have a seamless experience with your order delivery. Once your order is marked as "delivered," you'll receive the location details of the package on the courier's website. In the rare event that you don't receive your package, we kindly recommend reaching out to the courier directly. They will assist you in locating the package or provide information about where the delivery agent may have left it.

We kindly ask for your patience and understanding, allowing a period of 72 hours (3 business days, or adjusted accordingly during holidays) for domestic packages and 21 business days for international packages from the delivery date before contacting us. This time frame allows the courier the necessary opportunity to locate any potentially "missing" packages.
